The Company functions under the overall guidance and governance of its Board of Directors which regulates the overall management of the Company. For day to day functioning, the Board delegated powers to the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director of the Company who, in turn, delegates the same to other officials as per business requirements for smooth functioning of the Company. The Board has also formed various committees to oversee and monitor the functioning of various departments. Some of the important committees are Audit Committee, Recruitment Committee (Interview Board), Investment Committee, Remuneration Committee. The decisions are taken by the authorized persons through the committee approach.
